System Design
The MK Wiring Systems dedicated technical support team convert customers architect drawings into a detailed wiring design proposal. Proposals are designed to complement your factory manufacturing techniques and include suggestions on how the wiring should be included within the construction process. The option for future upgrading or expansion can easily be incorporated into the system. All systems are designed to comply with the latest edition of BS 7671 16th Edition Wiring Regulations and any other appropriate Standards as required.
Manufacturing Support
MK Wiring Systems have considerable experience in Off Site construction and can offer advise and expertise in how the system can be incorporated into any manufacturing process. In addition the MK Flexible Wiring System is supported by; comprehensive training, installation instructions, and manuals. As part of the service the team will provide complete project management from concept, through trials and analysis to implementation of the system into the factory or On Site. This will include training of all operators, within the factory or on-site, and training trainers allowing the factory to become self-sufficient. Installation instructions will be tailored to suit the manufacturing process and the particular requirements of the factory.
Home Owner Manual
MK Wiring Systems will supply a homeowner’s manual with every home; this will include an explanation of the system and a set of drawings of the particular installation. These will aid any future alterations or extensions that will need to be carried out. Supplemented by a 'Homeowners' section on this website.
On-Site
MK Wiring Systems will provide the complete suite of products, packaged in bulk or in kits for the particular application. Bespoke labelling can be supplied to suit specific manufacturing or construction requirements, to aid the completion of the installation on site. NICEIC trained electrical contractors will carry out final testing for the installation and supply the NICEIC test certificate.
